The British Boarding Schools Show will be held in March 16 – 17, 2018 at the Sheraton Hotel within the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The show will be held Friday, March 16 and Saturday, March 17 from 12 to 7 each day. Tickets are free if you register now.
The show helps display to parents the various options available in providing an international education to their children. There are over 2,500 boarding schools in the United Kingdom alone, and for good reason. British boarding schools are some of the best in the world. They are rooted in tradition but also allow today’s youth to develop independence and interdependence in the modern world. The program provided therein helps to foster well-mannered, conscientious young adults and to prepare them for rigorous postsecondary education. Boarding schools provide security and traditional scheduling in a world that is less than predictable. Furthermore, almost every British boarding school accepts international pupils and accepts the IB.
The show allows parents in the Gulf region to receive direct, exclusive access to the headmasters of some of the most prestigious schools in the United Kingdom. It is established with the understanding that choosing a school is a major financial and emotional decision for a family. Exhibiting schools include St. Edwards School in Oxford, Bryanston School, Ashford School, and Radley College, among many others.
Upon arriving at the show, each visitor will receive a comprehensive guide with detailed information on available schools and their exhibiting heads, maps, and frequently asked questions. Seminars are also available for parents to learn more about transfer into the United Kingdom’s system. In these seminars, parents can receive answers to key questions about British boarding options. Time is also available for question and answer, so that any and all information can be gathered.
